Born on October 1, 2000, in Shishong, Cameroon, Bashi found solace in the sounds of Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, and African artists like Burna Boy.

At 15, he began writing songs and, inspired by Shawn Mendes, persuaded his father to buy him a guitar, embarking on a self-taught musical path. Guided by his uncle in 2022, Bashi learned to produce and record his own music, with his father’s unwavering support.

His genre-crossing work, inspired by life’s experiences, aims to uplift and connect with others. Today, as he celebrates, Bashi looks forward to exciting projects with BotangRecords, eager to share his passion with the world.
