Refund Policy
BotangRecords is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 99-0462963), 508 Maren Cir SW, Saint Michael, MN 55376. If something is not right with a gift or an order, we want to hear about it.
Donations
Donations to BotangRecords are generally nonrefundable because funds are put to work quickly in our programs. However, if you believe a donation was made in error, for example a duplicated or incorrect amount, please contact us at info@botangrecords.com within 30 days of the gift and we will review it. If we confirm an error, we will refund it.
Recurring donations
Monthly and other recurring gifts can be changed or cancelled at any time by emailing us. Cancelled recurring gifts stop with your next billing cycle; gifts already processed are covered by the donation policy above.
Shop merchandise
Unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund of the item price. Email us with your order number to start a return. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Digital music
Digital music sales are final and cannot be refunded once the download or access has been delivered.
Tax receipts
If a donation is refunded, please keep your receipt for your records. We will issue any correction needed to reflect the refund.
