Our content

Text, photos, videos, music and other content on this site belong to BotangRecords or the people who created it. You may share and link to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Donations

Donations to BotangRecords, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 99-0462963), are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Gifts are used to support our mission, artist mentorship, cultural education and youth programs. Donation refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Shop orders

Purchases from our shop support our programs. We do our best to describe items accurately and ship them promptly. Unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. Digital music sales are final.

Reviews and submissions

When you submit a review, story or other content, you confirm it is yours to share and give us permission to publish it on our website and social media. We may edit for length and clarity, and we may choose not to publish a submission.

Our pages link to partner sites, social media and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
